Located in the growing city of Flower Mound Texas, a demand for a new shopping center by the local residents became overwhelming. After several site and feasibility studies, a location was chosen by the owner. By reviewing the given information and analyzing the surroundings a successful design was created which will attract customers and allow for future expansion. The exterior warm colors of stone, stucco, and brick were chosen to compliment the neighboring context.
