Constructed in 1981, the retail shopping center consists of four separate buildings. To attract additional tenants and customers, the owner of Quorum 2 Plaza sought exterior renovation enhancements to the entire complex. To blend a modern design into the surrounding context, a stucco facade, canopies, and new landscaping were created for the main project upgrades.
