Edward Jones aspired to do fast track design and construction to their new office facility which would anchor their northern campus. The design is divided into 3 main structures that feature training suites, role play rooms, various office spaces, and a 600 seat multi-purpose room which can be divided into separate spaces with retractable moving chairs in the third element. The 2 tower elements are joined by a naturally day-lit atrium spine which includes a break area and strategizing space on each floor.
Stone, glass, zinc, and terracotta are the main components of the exterior. Horizontal and vertical fins were used based on the orientation of the building while two different colors of zinc were used to highlight key expressions. The interior compliments the exterior by using using select colors in certain locations to express cheerful accents. An outdoor courtyard can be used for work, break area, or social events. *Work with prior firm.
